In this role you support children through a play-based EYFS program and build strong relationships with families. You collaborate with the team to plan engaging activities that address each child’s needs, contributing to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The position supports safeguarding and welfare as part of our community approach, with flexible hours and opportunities for meaningful development. You will help shape a joyful, safe space where young learners flourish.

Key requirements
- Level 2 qualification in Early Years / Childcare / Early Years Education
- Literacy and Numeracy qualifications
