UK – Senior Marketplace Executive

Overview

In this role, you own day-to-day delivery and performance for a portfolio of marketplace clients, combining platform expertise with precise execution across content, operations, and advertising. You will optimise listings, keep accounts healthy, and drive campaigns to meet performance goals. You’ll work with varied brands on platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, and eBay, iterating processes and building cross-functional expertise. This is an hands-on, detail-oriented opportunity in a collaborative, growth-minded team.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimise product listings and store pages; refine product copy and assets
• Enhance images and video content aligned with marketplace best practices
• Analyse content performance with Amalytix and derive improvements
• Collaborate with Creative teams on content strategies including TikTok Shop
• Monitor daily account health across marketplaces and resolve platform cases
• Support purchase orders and fulfilment processes for marketplace warehouses
• Escalate critical operational issues to keep client accounts running smoothly
• Assist in creating and optimising Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns and analyse performance with Pacvue
• Plan seasonal campaigns and new product launches; report findings with actionable recommendations
• Continuously test and refine campaign creative to improve results
• Identify efficiency and quality improvements; stay updated on marketplace trends and share learnings
