Overview

As Integrations Lead in Deloitte’s HR Transformation & Technology Practice, you will drive end-to-end Workday integration programs for large clients. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and clients to shape technical solutions, build and deploy integrations, and ensure data integrity. You’ll mentor junior colleagues and help expand our Workday Extend capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of business impact and technical delivery, within a market-leading transformation practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of Workday integration projects from requirements to deployment and support
• Design and maintain integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio)
• Develop and deploy Workday Extend applications and integrations
• Collaborate with clients and functional consultants to translate requirements into robust solutions
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation for data integrity
• Provide guidance on integration best practices, security, and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues to minimize client disruption
• Stay current with Workday releases and Extend capabilities to enhance services
• Mentor junior team members and grow Workday integration expertise

Key requirements

• Practical delivery experience of Workday implementations
• Experience with Workday integration technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio)
• Workday Extend development experience a plus
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs
