In this role you will join Chadwick Nott’s procurement litigation team to advise on complex procurement and commercial disputes for corporate, government, and NHS clients. You’ll handle a varied caseload spanning High Court procurement matters, IT and infrastructure disputes, and corporate litigation, working with cross-functional colleagues. Responsibilities
- Manage a broad caseload of procurement and commercial disputes, including contentious procurement matters and High Court litigation
- Provide procurement risk management and advisory support
- Handle judicial reviews and complex IT/infrastructure disputes
- Advise on injunctive relief, IP, defamation, confidentiality, and professional negligence claims
- Collaborate with colleagues across commercial, corporate and public law litigation to deliver integrated solutions
- Maintain high professional standards and compliance while supporting a collaborative team culture
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with NQ-3 years PQE in commercial dispute resolution or public law litigation
- Knowledge of procurement law, including Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 (willingness to learn)
- Strong drafting and legal analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
