Security Risk & Design Consultant

Overview

In this role you will establish and lead a new risk and threat function within an established security design consultancy. You will perform SNA, SABRE and Threat & Risk studies, identify and develop new opportunities, and build relationships with Police DOCO and ALOs. You will govern system designs relating to risk and ensure clear communication of complex risk concepts to clients and the design team. This London/Hybrid position offers a competitive package with car allowance and benefits, supporting impactful risk-led design work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a new risk and threat function within the consultancy
• Conduct SNA, SABRE and Threat & Risk studies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with Police DOCO and ALOs
• Provide governance over risk-related system designs

Key requirements

• Proven experience in security risk management
• Experience with risk-led security design in the built environment
• Ability to write and present complex risk and design concepts clearly
• Understanding of counter-terror design principles such as Secure by Design and CPTED
