Overview

In this role you will serve as a key interface between site teams and Group stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex capital programmes. You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules reflecting scope, resources, and milestones, while providing schedule insights and performance reporting to support informed decision-making. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to optimise delivery and promote planning excellence. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules and baselines
  • Coordinate planning workshops and scheduling sessions
  • Integrate contractor and supplier schedules into the overall programme
  • Identify schedule risks, opportunities, and recovery actions
  • Support planning alignment with project estimates and reporting
  • Promote lessons learned and continuous improvement in planning practices

Key requirements

  • Significant experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Demonstrable experience across the full project lifecycle (concept to handover)
  • Experience with brownfield projects, turnarounds, outages
  • Strong planning and scheduling expertise; integrated schedules
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in planning software and project controls tools
