Site Manager

Overview

Site Manager sought for a high-end contractor to lead on super prime mansion builds in Surrey. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate trades under the supervision of a visiting Contracts Manager. This role is site-based and requires strong on-site leadership and clear reporting. You will drive progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule. A competitive package is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities for super prime mansion builds in Surrey
• Enforce health and safety and quality standards
• Manage progress, sequencing, and coordination of subcontractors
• Report site status to the visiting Contracts Manager
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain project schedules
