Overview
As Senior Client Data Management Project Manager, you will own delivery of the global client data agenda from strategy to realization. You will translate priorities into executable plans, mobilize cross-functional teams, and navigate dependencies and risk to achieve measurable outcomes. You’ll engage senior sponsors and governance forums, while enabling regional and functional teams to resolve blockers. The role supports scaling data capabilities to enable data-driven decision making in Life & Health Reinsurance, balancing strategic framing with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into scope, milestones and delivery plans with measurable outcomes
- Plan and prioritize with structured approaches, including resource and capacity planning
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Life & Health value chain, managing dependencies, risks and issues
- Partner with sponsors and senior stakeholders; provide concise, decision-ready progress reports
- Drive transformation and change in client data governance and ways of working
- Manage project financials and resource funding requests in collaboration with regional leaders
Key requirements
- 7+ years of project leadership and change initiatives, preferably in (Re)insurance
- End-to-end PM experience across business and technology, including planning, governance, risk, dependencies and finance
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and shape approaches with incomplete paths
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions, regions and seniority levels
- Experience delivering data and business transformation, including operating model design and implementation
