Responsibilities
- Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams
- Administer contracts per project objectives and policies
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
- Monitor cost variance and cash flow, and manage timely applications
- Collaborate to deliver deliverables, KPIs, and value engineering
- Manage contract changes to stay within governance and best practice
- Improve forecast and budget accuracy
- Provide commercial support to stakeholders
- Negotiate and settle final accounts
- Lead people and commissions as needed
