Overview
In this role you translate complex business needs into functional specifications and data models, driving end-to-end solution design. You will collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and product owners to own the functional design across the development lifecycle. You’ll work with API-based architectures and system integrations, contributing to UAT and defect analysis in diverse, large-scale projects. This position sits at the intersection of business and technology, shaping how digital solutions enable transformation for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional specs, process flows, and data models
- Design end-to-end functional solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Own functional design across the development lifecycle, support UAT and analyze system behavior/defects
- Work with API-based architectures, systems integration, and legacy landscapes
Key requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or Data Science (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience (Intermediate/Senior)
- IT background appreciated
