Global Product Senior Manager – Risk-InfoEx

Overview

In this role you will define and drive the Information Excellence platform vision to govern, secure, and protect client deliverables across BCG engagements. You’ll partner with Risk, Legal, ISRM, and technology teams to translate needs into a product roadmap and guide adoption of GenAI in a compliant, secure way. You will lead a matrixed team to deliver outcomes that balance client needs with governance and risk controls. This is an opportunity to shape how BCG manages information across a global, collaborative culture and to enable efficient, secure ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Information Excellence platform
• Translate consulting-team needs into clear product outcomes and investment priorities
• Partner with Risk, Legal, ISRM, and technology teams to embed governance, security, and compliance controls
• Guide secure adoption of GenAI capabilities within case team workflows and information-management practices
• Lead product delivery across a matrixed team of product, engineering, and technical colleagues
• Engage senior leaders and consultants to gather insights and build alignment on product direction
• Anticipate dependencies, establish mitigation plans, and adapt the roadmap as needs evolve
• Manage and develop a Product Analyst with clear direction and growth opportunities

Key requirements

• 7–10 years of product ownership/management experience in a large enterprise
• Bachelor’s degree; a relevant master’s degree preferred
• Deep Agile expertise with relevant certifications
• Ability to translate complex organizational needs into product vision and roadmap
• Experience building alignment across diverse users, senior leaders, and tech partners
• Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms and security/compliance considerations (SharePoint, Teams, Slack, Exchange)
• Strong understanding of information governance, security, compliance, and risk; professional services experience preferred
