Overview

In this role you will own delivery of cross-functional projects within the Claims UK team, ensuring on-time outcomes and high quality. Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of projects from initiation to completion with clear timelines and outcomes
  • Define scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business goals
  • Manage day-to-day delivery, keeping projects on track and addressing issues early
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progress
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimise impact
  • Track progress against milestones and provide updates
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and business expectations

Key requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Project Manager with relevant project management qualification
  • Ability to translate high-level stakeholder expectations into detailed project briefs
  • Strong track record of end-to-end delivery with focus on execution and outcomes
  • Experience in a technology, IT, or software delivery environment
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and workstreams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with quick credibility and assertiveness
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Well-organised with strong planning and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and own delivery
