Responsibilities

  • Co-ownership and neighbour disputes including rights of way, boundary issues, adverse possession
  • Residential and commercial lease and tenancy dispute handling
  • Commercial rent recovery and enforcement of charges
  • Possession claims and professional negligence matters
  • Rectification of historic title issues
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, trainees and a large paralegal team with tenancy management workload
  • Regular client contact and contributing to client service excellence

Key requirements

  • 3-4 years PQE in property litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge across residential and commercial contentious property matters
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Excellent communication skills and client relationship building
  • Commercial, pragmatic problem-solving approach
  • Enthusiasm for supervising and mentoring junior colleagues
