Overview

In this role you will implement software products in hosted (cloud) environments for a leading fintech client, working closely with the London MD. You will guide delivery across planning, configuration, testing, training, and support, while assisting sales and tailoring solutions to client needs. Your strong technical and analytical skills will drive high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, autonomous setting. This opportunity offers exposure to regulatory data and risk management at a global provider, with a focus on impactful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement software products in hosted/SaaS environments
• Participate in all software delivery phases: planning, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, training, support
• Assist sales with product justification
• Conduct customization analysis and develop recommendations to meet client needs
• Manage and communicate project timelines to clients and internal teams
• Use batch processes to integrate Innovative products into client processes
• Use software programming to integrate products into client systems as needed

Key requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial experience
• Experience in application support or implementation
• Technical, mathematical or scientific degree
• SQL
• Ideally able to read OO code
• Ideally knowledge of C++, C#, Java or XML
• Windows Server
