Real Estate Solicitor (Healthcare)

Overview

As a Real Estate Solicitor in the Healthcare team, you advise healthcare providers, investors and operators on complex real estate matters. You’ll handle acquisitions, disposals, portfolio work, development projects and property aspects of corporate deals, collaborating with cross-functional specialists. You’ll gain early responsibility, direct client contact and exposure to high-value transactions within a leading national practice. Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of healthcare real estate matters for diverse clients
• Handle acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio transactions
• Manage development projects and sale/leaseback arrangements
• Address property issues in corporate acquisitions, private equity, and buy-and-build
• Collaborate with partners and specialists across corporate, banking, planning, construction, and regulatory teams
• Provide commercially focused advice with strong drafting and negotiation to build client relationships

Key requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in a recognised commercial property team
• Healthcare sector experience beneficial but not essential
• Strong commercial real estate experience with exposure to corporate support work
• Excellent technical ability with drafting and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships
• Commercial awareness and willingness to engage in business development
