Overview
In this role you will support a leading Bristol construction team on high-value, cross-sector projects. You will work closely with developers, contractors, funders, and public bodies to deliver non-contentious construction advice from inception through completion. You will shape project structure, draft and negotiate contracts, and provide commercially focused risk guidance. The position offers fast-track development within a collaborative, ambitious environment and exposure to impactful community projects across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts (JCT, NEC, bespoke)
- Advise on professional appointments, collateral warranties, and security documents
- Manage transactional matters from instruction to completion
- Provide commercially focused advice on risk allocation and project structuring
