Responsibilities

• Lead and manage highway engineering projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement design solutions
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and drawings
• Provide expert advice on highways design standards and best practices
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to meet project requirements
• Mentor and support junior engineers and graduates
• Contribute to business development through technical input and client relationship management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes

Key requirements

• Substantial experience in highways engineering and infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles and relevant software
