Overview

As Compensation Analyst, you will support global compensation activities within a large FTSE-listed organisation. You will collaborate with HR and Finance to deliver accurate remuneration reporting, data analysis, and market benchmarking. The role focuses on regulatory disclosures, data integrity, and driving data-driven insights to inform compensation decisions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how the company manages pay and governance at a global level.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compensation reporting for regulatory requirements (e.g., Gender Pay Gap, CEO Pay Ratio)
  • Coordinate with Finance to produce UK statutory director remuneration reports and FCA submissions for multiple regions
  • Maintain and upload salary benchmarking data (WTW) and keep annual data current
  • Develop and present high-quality market trend analyses to support HR and leadership
  • Operate compensation analytics across offer consultations, benchmarking, reporting, and data reconciliation
  • Manage employee shareholding records (LTIP, SAYE, ordinary shares) and coordinate vesting activities with Company Secretary
  • Provide payroll-related data for insurance renewals and support costings for accounting
  • Load and reconcile global compensation data from SuccessFactors and other sources into Payscale Curo
  • Conduct UAT in Payscale Curo to ensure readiness for annual processes
  • Support global bonus apportionments and regular data cleansing to ensure data integrity

Key requirements

  • Advanced Excel (pivot, vlookup, macros, complex workbooks)
  • Experience with HR systems and compensation tools to import/export data (SuccessFactors, ResourseLink, Payscale Curo)
  • Strong analytical and data presentation skills for insights
  • Experience in a large organisation and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting related to compensation and remuneration data
