Senior Development Planner – London – 65,000 – 80,000 plus package

Overview

In this role you will support the Land team within the Planning department to manage a varied slate of planning applications for high‑rise sites in London. You will contribute across the development process from policy and promotion to detailed development management and delivery. You bring experience from planning consultancies or developers and a proactive, commercially minded mindset. This is a chance to work with a leading London developer on complex schemes and shape city-scale delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Land team in handling planning applications across zones 2–4 in London
• Contribute to planning policy work and promotional activities
• Participate in detailed development management and delivery of schemes
• Support high‑rise development projects with initiative and commercial awareness
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within the planning and development process

Key requirements

• Degree in planning with RTPI accreditation
• Experience in planning consultancy or developer environment
• Experience with high rise schemes in London
• Proactive, committed and commercially minded
