Responsibilities
- Register new Shared Lives carer households and participate in the matching process with potential clients
- Provide high-quality, personalised support in your own home
- Coordinate respite stays, ensuring a suitably equipped bedroom is available
- Complete safeguarding and recruitment processes (DBS check and local authority check)
- Engage in full scheme training and ongoing guidance from a dedicated coordinator
- Work with the scheme to promote safety, wellbeing, and community integration
- Explore flexible working options and contribute to continuous improvement of the service
