In this role you will manage a portfolio of corporate transactions within a Legal 500-ranked team, handling high-value work from day one. You will work alongside senior colleagues on larger deals, advising on M&A, restructures, joint ventures and shareholder agreements while building strong client relationships. Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of corporate transactions with autonomy
- Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex deals
- Advise on M&A, restructures, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and general corporate matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering commercially focused advice
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
- Provide exposure to high quality, complex corporate work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
Key requirements
- 4-6 years’ PQE in corporate law
- Qualified solicitor
- Confident handling transactional matters independently
- Technically strong with a solid academic background
- Exceptional communication skills
- Commercially minded with proactive business development
- Existing network or ability to generate new work (advantageous)
