Overview

As a Medical Neg negligence Partner you will lead claimant-focused medical negligence work within a reputed City firm. You will handle a range of catastrophic claims, including brain/spinal injuries and other serious conditions, working closely with a respected private client team. You will leverage your extensive UK practice to shape strategy, mentor juniors, and drive successful outcomes for claimants. Responsibilities

• Lead claimant-focused medical negligence cases across catastrophic injuries (brain, spinal, cardiac, orthopaedic, gynaecological, birth injuries, amputations)
• Develop and manage claims strategy and progression to resolution
• Collaborate with private client team to coordinate client matters
• Mentor and support junior lawyers within the practice
• Contribute to business development and maintaining strong client relationships

Key requirements

• 15+ PQE
• ideally an existing partner
• at least 15 years of medical/clinical negligence experience in a UK law firm
