Family Office Portfolio Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the management of a luxury residential portfolio for a high-end finance client. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, compliance and excellent service delivery. You’ll balance administration, reporting and relationship management to sustain performance and client satisfaction. The position offers autonomy and exposure to high-net-worth environments, with a focus on continuous improvement in portfolio oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare residences for clients and guests, coordinating with household teams and contractors
• Ensure building safety and compliance (fire safety, health and safety, insurance, landlord obligations)
• Manage relationships with agents, tenants, and managing agents
• Monitor property performance and expenditure, including utilities
• Collaborate with Property Director on reporting, track outstanding works, and drive portfolio improvements

Key requirements

• Five years’ property sector experience (desirable with family offices or high-net-worth individuals)
• Experience overseeing luxury or super-prime residential properties and tenant relations
• Strong academic background (2.1 or first from a Russell Group university or similar)
• Numerate with excellent communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
