Responsibilities
- Manage a varied Private Client caseload (wills and estate planning, LPA, inheritance tax, estate administration, trusts and lifetime planning)
- Handle Court of Protection and deputyship matters
- Support elderly and vulnerable clients and cross-border estate issues when applicable
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to team development
- Work remotely with occasional travel as required
Key requirements
- Solicitor (3-6 years PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive
- STEP/TEP qualification desirable
- Strong technical ability in Private Client
- Proven track record managing own Private Client caseload
- Recent estate administration experience
- Excellent communication and client care
- Empathy and professionalism in sensitive matters
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
