Overview
In this role you turn people data into clear insights to support workforce decisions. You will work with HR Analytics, HR Systems and the wider People function to deliver timely reporting, improve data quality, and contribute to analytics that inform strategic workforce decisions. You’ll help build dashboards and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. This position supports the FCA’s shift to a data-led regulator focused on evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities
- Produce regular people reporting and MI with accurate, timely outputs
- Respond to ad hoc data/insight requests to identify trends and issues
- Use Excel, Workday reporting and other tools to extract, analyze and present data
- Assist with data quality checks and investigate anomalies with colleagues
- Support development of dashboards, reports and insight products for senior leaders
- Translate data into clear summaries and visuals for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with HR Systems and wider HR to ensure consistent insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, data governance and documentation
Key requirements
- Minimum: experience with data, reporting or analysis in a professional setting
- Experience using Workday (or equivalent) to build reports and present data
- Strong interest in people data, HR insight and evidence-based decisions
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify patterns
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate results
- Clear communication of data and insights to non-technical colleagues
- Forward-looking mindset and willingness to ask questions and propose improvements
- Ability to collaborate across HR and wider organisation
