As Head of Insights & Analytics, you lead a multidisciplinary team to turn data into measurable business value. You will oversee traditional reporting, advanced analytics, data science, and AI solution delivery to ensure solutions align with business needs and deliver tangible outcomes. The role combines strategic vision, technical depth, and people leadership to foster continuous improvement and cross-functional partnership. Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary analytics function (BI, data science, AI engineering) to deliver actionable insights and support business goals
• Manage cross-functional delivery with underwriting, claims, finance, and operations to prioritize business outcomes over output
• Oversee end-to-end analytics and AI initiatives from scope to deployment and monitoring
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI framework to provide a single source of truth
• Define the analytics function vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy
• Engage stakeholders to translate data science concepts into actionable business insights
• Partner with Data & Analytics and Governance teams to ensure best practices and regulatory compliance
• Define and monitor performance metrics for timely, impactful delivery
• Stay abreast of industry trends and pilot new analytical tools and techniques

Key requirements

• Proven experience in analytics within the insurance sector
• Leadership and team management experience, preferably with insurance exposure
• Deep analytics and data science expertise with hands-on solution delivery
• Strong business acumen with understanding of insurance dynamics
• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering measurable business value
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
