Overview

As an Index Consultant you will support clients globally, addressing inquiries and expanding opportunities within existing accounts. You will collaborate with Commercial and Development teams to leverage financial data and benchmarks. You’ll train clients and provide on-site consultation, driving creative solutions and strong relationships. This role offers exposure to equity and fixed income benchmarks and a clear path to senior pre-sales and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Handle global client support inquiries and maintain existing accounts
• Develop new opportunities within current client base
• Collaborate with Commercial and Development teams
• Act as escalation point for Junior Consultants
• Deliver client training on-site and at seminars
• Provide solutions via telephone and on-site consultancy
• Build and nurture client relationships to meet/exceed expectations

Key requirements

• 2 years commercial experience
• Previous work experience in the financial data industry
• Knowledge and understanding of equity and fixed income benchmark indices
