Overview

In this role you will own end-to-end design for key client-facing product areas, turning bold ideas into intuitive, user-focused experiences at scale. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, data and operations to define problems, set priorities and ship high-quality work that drives value for customers and business impact. You’ll design for web and mobile, contribute to our design system, and mentor through critiques and workshops. This is a chance to shape how global fintech customers operate and grow with you.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end experience for key customer journeys across web and mobile from concept to launch
  • Design for multi-platform delivery with responsive and adaptive layouts across devices
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to translate strategy into design and align priorities
  • Simplify complex systems with a user-first, systems-thinking approach balancing user needs and business goals
  • Craft elegant, intuitive interactions with consistent quality across platforms
  • Prototype, test and iterate using research and data to define success metrics
  • Contribute to and extend the design system to improve reusable patterns
  • Partner with Engineering during implementation to ensure polished launch
  • Contribute to design culture through critiques, workshops and reviews

Key requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in UX or Product Design
  • Portfolio showing craft and product intuition with emphasis on layout, typography, hierarchy and interaction design
  • Experience shipping across web and mobile; understanding platform conventions
  • Experience designing multi-platform delivery with responsive/adaptive layouts and component-based systems
  • Strong product thinking balancing user needs, business goals and technical realities with data-informed trade-offs
  • Proven collaboration across design, product and engineering
  • Strong organizational skills to navigate ambiguity and communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to balance and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fintech experience (or close relation) with data-heavy workflows
