Marketplace Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you will own and grow Pet Drugs Online’s multi‑channel marketplace presence across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and future platforms. You will shape marketplace strategy, drive revenue and profitability, and partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Finance to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll identify opportunities, launch new channels, optimise listings and promotions, and monitor performance to enable data‑driven growth. This is a commercially focused, fast‑moving role within a growing pet healthcare ecommerce business, offering tangible impact and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day performance of Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and future channels
• Drive sales, revenue, margin and customer acquisition growth
• Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility, conversion and profitability
• Manage listings, content, pricing, promotions and launches across platforms
• Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities and lead launches
• Monitor performance, account health, feedback and compliance
• Manage advertising campaigns and optimise ROI
• Analyse data to derive growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay ahead of marketplace trends and competitor activity

Key requirements

• Experience managing Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop or other major marketplaces
• Strong understanding of marketplace trading and ecommerce principles
• Track record of sales growth and commercial success via marketplaces
• Excellent analytical skills for data‑driven decisions
• Experience managing listings, pricing and promotions
• Strong project management and organisational abilities
