Responsibilities
- Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients
- Deliver projects, commissions and professional assignments
- Lead objective-setting and prioritize tasks as a proactive team member
- Maintain clear communication to ensure information is available for project completion
- Undertake commercial management services with limited supervision
- Ensure outputs are accurate and timely
- Support team leaders in cost management of projects
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and negotiations with clients
Key requirements
- BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
- MRICS membership
- Private commercial sector experience (offices, residential, hospitality, major projects, fit out, refurb)
- Proficient with CostX or other cost planning software
- Sustainability and data skills (carbon assessment and Power BI)
- Contract administration skills
- Pre- and post-contract experience
- Proactive team player
