Overview

In this role you will drive data-informed decision making for LEGO’s People, Place & Culture team. You’ll translate business needs into scalable analytics and provide strategic recommendations across People Analytics domains. You will partner with HR, Digital, and Finance to evolve analytics capabilities and deliver actionable insights on workforce trends and organizational effectiveness. You will tell clear stories with complex data for leadership and stakeholders, while staying current on trends in People Analytics and HR decision-making. This is an individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Act as SME across People Analytics domains, translating needs into scalable analytics and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce trends, organizational changes, and people metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Build relationships with leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with People, Digital, and Finance to develop analytics capabilities, pilots, and data-driven solutions.
  • Develop impact assessments and actionable insights on workforce trends, organizational effectiveness, talent, and colleague experience.
  • Summarize complex data into clear presentations and storytelling materials for senior leadership and operations.
  • Collaborate across functions to provide strategic analytics recommendations supporting evidence-based decisions.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in People Analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven HR.
  • Support additional analytics initiatives as required.

Key requirements

  • Solid experience in analytics, preferably in people analytics, within a large global matrix organization.
  • Experience working with complex people data to deliver insights and recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with systems, tools, and automation to lead headcount processes.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to work independently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with forecasting systems and visualization tools plus Databricks, Power BI, advanced Excel, and related analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Interest or experience with HR systems and cloud-based platforms.
