Associate Relationship Manager, Startups & Venture Capital

Overview

As an Associate Relationship Manager for Launchpad EMEA, you will be Salesforce’s primary presence in Europe’s startup ecosystem, designing scalable programs and driving technical engagement. You’ll work with the SMB sales leadership and global Launchpad team to unlock the Salesforce platform’s value for VC-backed founders. You’ll translate AI-powered tooling capabilities into practical gains for early-stage to growth-stage startups and help scale engagement across the region. This role offers meaningful impact through ecosystem events, enablement for sales teams, and data-driven portfolio insights. You’ll be part of a mission to empower startups with cutting-edge tools and strategic support

Responsibilities

• Drive technical engagement and value creation across the EMEA startup landscape by configuring use cases and demonstrating Agentforce capabilities
• Own the EMEA Launchpad program pipeline end-to-end, designing repeatable engagement programs for startups from accelerator to growth stage
• Enable the EMEA sales organization with enablement sessions and office hours to engage startups consistently
• Build and host founder and ecosystem events across EMEA and contribute to portfolio reviews with data-driven insights

Key requirements

• Experience building programs, processes, or products from scratch in a startup-like environment
• Technical fluency with platform configuration, AI-powered tools, and developer tooling
• Direct experience with venture capital/startup ecosystems and understanding founders’ needs
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across sales, technical, and executive stakeholders
