Overview
In this role you help steer Google’s Marketing finance function across EMEA by enabling solid financial decisions. You will deliver advanced analytics and robust forecasts to support growth while minimizing variances. You’ll build scalable analytics—from dashboards to AI-enabled insights—and partner with Marketing to apply a champion-challenger approach. You’ll manage sizable budgets and influence resource allocation, driving performance through clear KPIs and process improvements. This work directly supports sustainable marketing expansion at scale.
Responsibilities
- Enable sound financial decision-making for the EMEA marketing function
- Execute advanced analytics to drive business results and forecasting accuracy
- Maintain quarterly forecasts and minimize variances (FvA)
- Build and scale analytical capabilities, from dashboards to AI-enabled solutions
- Partner with Marketing using a champion-challenger framework
- Manage multi-million dollar product-area budgets and advise on resource allocation
- Drive a culture of performance via KPIs and ambitious yet achievable goals
- Support budget management, performance reviews, and process transformation
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of FP&A or related experience
- Experience with full-cycle FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling in a multinational setting
