Retail Operations Associate (full-time)

Overview

In this role, you support store sales targets and contribute to a smooth, premium shopping experience at Canada Goose in London. You work closely with the store team to uphold standards, manage inventory and POS operations, and ensure visual and operational quality. You engage in product knowledge sessions and store events to represent the brand’s commitment to exploration and community.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support the store’s overall target
• Foster a positive store environment through communication and collaboration with management
• Attend store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions
• Follow store procedures to minimize shrink
• Handle all POS transactions per company standards
• Ensure inventory accuracy and accessible product organization
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, replenishment, damages, and returns to vendor
• Support store upkeep and adherence to standards
• Maintain Visual Merchandising directives

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Experience with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good understanding of inventory management and POS systems
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills
• Bonus: proficiency in another language
