Join Tripadvisor’s Creative team as a Social Video Creative & Editor to shape social-first storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. You will lead production of native-format videos, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and push creative using AI tools to scale fast while preserving craft. This on-site London role blends brand voice with current internet culture to position Tripadvisor at the heart of travel conversations. You will innovate, edit, and adapt content to drive engagement in a fast-moving social landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and execution of social videos and posts across platforms
• Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to develop platform-specific content
• Capture or curate content (original, creator, stock, UGC) and adapt archival footage for calendars
• Utilize AI and emerging tools to accelerate ideation, production, and scaling of videos
• On-camera appearances or voice contribution to reinforce brand voice
• Participate in brainstorming, take direction, and incorporate feedback from leads
• Manage production calendars and meet deadlines with the social team
• Support diverse video/editing tasks as needed across the team
• Hone Tripadvisor’s voice in social in partnership with the brand team

Key requirements

• 4+ years of video editing, with native social formats focus
• Experience creating social-first content for a brand (agency or direct)
• Ability to script and storyboard; contribute to development
• Proficiency in Adobe suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and in-app editing tools
• Experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly)
• Excellent communication and collaboration; able to work independently and under direction
• Strong attention to detail and asset organization
