Responsibilities

• Perform on-site plumbing duties as required
• Provide technical engineering services for mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation with minimal supervision
• Service and maintain assets/trades deemed competent to do so
• Exercise contractor control on behalf of the client, monitoring workmanship and standards
• Evaluate performance to ensure proper servicing and maintenance under contract

Key requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Relevant certifications and qualifications including CSCS and Grade Cards
• NVQ or City & Guilds in plumbing/mechanical services
• Experience in Facilities Management
• Ability to use electronic handheld devices
