Solution Architect

Overview

Experienced Solution Architect sought for a large-scale transformation programme in London. You will lead end-to-end architecture for Oracle ERP demobilisation, migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Workday separation, ensuring seamless data, integration, and transition. You’ll shape current-to-target architectures and collaborate across multiple workstreams to reduce risk and drive successful delivery. This role offers high-impact work at scale in a hybrid delivery model. You will work closely with stakeholders to assure architecture governance and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architectures for Oracle demobilisation, D365 Business Central migration, and Workday separation
• Create current-state, transition-state, and target-state designs
• Support data migration, integration, cutover, and service transition activities
• Assess dependencies, risks, and impacts across applications, data, infrastructure, and security
• Define integration approaches across APIs, middleware, batch and file-based interfaces
• Produce architecture artefacts (HLDs, designs, roadmaps, decision records)
• Support architecture governance, design reviews, and stakeholder approvals
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party vendors through the programme lifecycle

Key requirements

• Extensive solution architecture experience in large enterprise environments
• Proven delivery experience across ERP transformation, migration, or separation
• Strong Oracle ERP architecture, migration, or demobilisation experience
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations or migrations
• Experience supporting Workday separation, migration, or integration programmes
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies
• Experience defining migration, cutover, transition, and operational readiness approaches
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide architecture assurance across multiple workstreams
