Overview

In this role you drive regional equipment sales for Veolia’s water treatment solutions within NA data centers and related high-tech sectors. You will lead strategic positioning, build senior-level client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close bids and grow the equipment portfolio. You’ll work closely with marketing and key account managers to expand Veolia’s footprint in data centers, microelectronics, and EPCs. This role offers impact in scaling solutions for water treatment in a fast-growing market.

Pay / Benefits

  • Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000 USD

Responsibilities

  • Establish senior-level relationships with key data center, microelectronics, photovoltaic clients and EPCs
  • Oversee Veolia’s water treatment equipment sales in the region (UF/MBR, RO/ED, anaerobic, thermal)
  • Develop regional sales plans and annual budgets
  • Grow market penetration and expand equipment sales in North America
  • Lead project positioning, bids, and client negotiations
  • Lead or participate in sales calls and promotional activities
  • Execute growth plans to meet corporate objectives
  • Support regional marketing initiatives and collaborate with Veolia’s key account managers
  • Coordinate with other Veolia businesses to share leads and broaden the regional portfolio

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in industrial water treatment, with experience in data centers or high-tech spaces
  • 7+ years in sales/business development
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or Chemistry/Biochemistry considered with experience)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong computer skills (Google, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work long hours and travel 40–70%
  • Ability to reside in the posting location and operate in a matrix organization
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Relationship management at senior levels
  • Team leadership and coordination
  • Knowledge of UF/MBR, RO/ED, anaerobic and thermal technologies
  • Understanding of water and wastewater treatment designs from influent to effluent
  • Ability to present technical and commercial proposals to diverse audiences
