Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team across Digital Regulation Assurance focus areas
• Provide assurance on large technology platforms’ compliance with DMA, DSA, and EU AI Act
• Conduct in-depth control reviews and testing using Deloitte methodologies
• Develop innovative assurance approaches for evolving digital regulation risks
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for new business
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive team environment
• Ensure deliverables meet Deloitte’s quality and risk standards
• Collaborate with cross-service line teams to deliver integrated solutions

Key requirements

• Strong interest in digital regulation (DMA, DSA, Online Safety Act, EU AI Act, etc.)
• Extensive experience in internal or external audit or assurance
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements and multi-disciplinary teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
• Ability to mentor juniors and build a high-performing team
• Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and client expectations
• Strong analytical capabilities; proactive problem-solving
• Interest in applying AI-enabled tools to improve delivery and quality
