Overview
In this role you will engage with existing customers by phone to identify modernisation opportunities for lift assets, framing lifecycle investments that boost safety, reliability and performance. You will collaborate with service, engineering and sales teams to qualify opportunities, create asset management plans and support the modernisation sales process. Your work fuels growth while helping customers plan future investments and improve their operations. A strong focus on building relationships and meeting KPIs will shape the impact of your work.

Responsibilities
- Contact Portfolio customers by phone to discuss condition and lifecycle of lift assets
- Identify ageing equipment and communicate benefits of modernisation (reliability, safety, energy efficiency, compliance, passenger experience)
- Qualify interest and arrange appointments or prepare quotations for Modernisation sales
- Collaborate with Area Service Managers and service engineers to spot upgrade opportunities from maintenance visits
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and opportunities
- Create Asset Management Plans and present initial findings to customers
- Follow up on quotations and recommendations
- Set up call campaigns to generate leads
- Achieve KPIs for customer engagement, opportunity generation and conversion
Key requirements
- resilient, independent, proactive and confident on the phone
- experience in a telesales or business development role is advantageous
- competent with CRM systems (Salesforce)
