Small Works Manager

Overview

In this autonomous role, you will own a portfolio of small construction works from planning through to completion. You’ll work closely with clients and consultants to shape delivery, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure proper project documentation. Responsibilities

• Manage construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects from planning to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules and cost estimates
• Liaise with clients and consultants
• Conduct site inspections and oversee project documentation
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of small works and overall delivery
• Provide autonomy and ownership in project delivery

Key requirements

• Experience within the construction industry
• Background in small works, project management or site management
• Understanding of project logistics and delivery
