Overview

In this General Practitioner role, you join an established primary care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across age groups. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary group to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients, including acute and chronic conditions, through various consultation modes. You’ll contribute to clinical governance and patient safety while collaborating with colleagues to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general medical services to registered patients
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practice
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations
• Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with clinical guidelines
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary primary care team

Key requirements

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• CCT in General Practice (or equivalent / within 6 months of completion)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
