Head of Right of Light & Legal Indemnities

Overview

In this role you will establish and lead a specialist Right of Light & Legal Indemnities division within a global, growth-focused broking group. You will shape the team’s strategy, structure and culture while leveraging an international client base, integrating the offering with Transaction Risk and Real Estate practices, and driving revenue growth across domestic and cross-border opportunities. Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a specialist Right of Light & Legal Indemnities division within a global broking group
• Shape the strategy, structure and culture of the team while leveraging an international client base
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate the offering into the wider Transaction Risk and Real Estate practices
• Drive revenue growth through domestic and cross-border opportunities
• Attract, retain and build a high-performing team to create a leading broking market in this space
• Build and own a new practice area within a well-capitalised, international business
• Operate with entrepreneurial autonomy supported by global platform resources

Key requirements

• Proven reputation in Right of Light and/or Legal Indemnities
• Experience leading or building a team to scale a new practice
• Ability to attract, retain and develop high-performing talent
• Capacity to drive revenue growth and cross-border opportunities
