Overview
In this role you will design and support a mixed on-premise IT environment to keep high-performance trading software secure and reliable. You’ll work in a small team to handle core infrastructure, networking, and hardware while resolving complex issues and driving improvements. Your work helps ensure real-time information is delivered securely for customers. This is a hands-on opportunity to progress within a focused tech team and influence the stability of critical systems.

Responsibilities
- Support and improve a mixed Linux/Windows on-premise IT environment
- Provide 1st-3rd line technical support across infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot complex issues and maintain core systems
- Drive improvements to the environment with a pragmatic approach to reliability and security
Key requirements
- Deep knowledge of Linux OS
- Proficiency in Windows OS
- Strong networking and hardware understanding
- Experience across 1st-3rd line support and troubleshooting
- Good working knowledge of security best practices
