Senior Consultant – Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Lead operational asset management and consultancy assignments across BTR, PRS and PBSA assets.
• Advise investors and asset owners on operational strategy and value enhancement initiatives.
• Conduct operational audits and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse portfolio performance and develop market-leading strategic recommendations.
• Undertake market research, benchmarking and competitor analysis in living sectors.
• Develop business plans and operational improvement programmes for existing and newly acquired assets.
• Lead workshops with clients, operators and stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
• Manage operator procurement processes, including tenders and reviewing operating partner appointments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to investors and asset owners.
• Produce market reports, asset reviews and investment recommendations.
• Support growth of the consultancy through business development and thought leadership.
• Contribute to internal team leadership and mentoring of junior colleagues.
