Overview
As Expertise and Legal Learning Coordinator for EMEA, you will centralise coordination of expertise lawyers and administration, enabling effective legal learning programs across Ashurst Perkins Coie. You’ll manage cross-practice initiatives, align resources, and support senior leaders and K&E specialists. You will run hybrid and virtual learning sessions and help shape the expertise community across the region. This role sits in a collaborative global knowledge function focused on learning, research, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities
- Support delivery of K&E strategy by coordinating expertise lawyers and cross-practice initiatives.
- Coordinate resources and provide support for practice-based Expertise Lawyers and their admins.
- Deliver cross-practice legal learning programs to uplift lawyers across EMEA.
- Plan and run hybrid/virtual learning sessions with partners, legal staff, and business services teams.
- Potentially support client training programs.
- Report to the Director of Expertise and Legal Learning, EMEA.
Key requirements
- Experience coordinating training, events, or programs in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
