Senior BIM Manager

Overview

As Senior BIM Manager, you will steer the organisation’s digital strategy and BIM rollout across multiple projects. You’ll enable efficient information delivery, ensure compliance with standards, and lead IM and BIM initiatives to improve project outcomes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely delivery and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Ensure BIM standards compliance and contractual obligations across delivery teams
• Oversee onboarding, training and digital solution mobilisation for information delivery
• Manage task teams, monitor progress and address delays
• Capture lessons learned and identify training needs for information management
• Act as intermediary between stakeholders to enable project execution
• Drive Information Execution Plans and conduct supply chain assessments
• Provide strategic IM direction, generate reports, lead digital implementation
• Support team development and raise BIM profile across the organisation
• Understand and implement local and international BIM standards and regulations
• Maintain QA processes for BIM deliverables
• Commit to continuous improvement and stay updated with latest digital technologies
• Engage in R&D to enhance BIM processes and tools

• Experience managing project timescales and advising on resources
• Proven track record in leading information management for large infrastructure projects
• Experience with different disciplines within the industry
• Knowledge of BIM lifecycle from design to handover
• Proficiency in IM and ISO 19650 on projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions
• Experience with data management and integration tools
• Experience in project delivery, stakeholder coordination and documentation
• Proven ability to engage with clients, contractors and internal teams
• Skills in resolving conflicts during project execution
• Experience with PowerBI for dashboards would be beneficial
• At least three years of working experience with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Desirable understanding of digital lifecycle stages and multiple digital techniques
• Ability to obtain security clearance
