Overview

As Global Product Owner Industrial Air Filtration, you shape the global product strategy for the Industrial segment and bridge market needs with sales and technical teams. You translate insights into requirements, drive the roadmap, and support international sales. Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global product strategy aligned with company objectives across regions
• Analyze markets, identify target customers and growth opportunities
• Set growth targets with country organizations and Category Management
• Translate market strategy into concrete product measures and oversee execution
• Define and manage market and product requirements and the product roadmap
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Operations to drive strategy execution
• Build industry expertise and monitor trends, competitors, and sales channels
• Develop the value proposition for the Industrial Air portfolio
• Provide technical and commercial guidance to international Key Account Managers (e.g., pricing)
• Monitor revenue, margins, and KPI development; manage project pipeline
• Prepare product and sales documentation

Key requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in the industrial market
• Experience in technical sales or engineering
• Preferably strong knowledge in filtration
• Fluent business-English; German a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
