In this Senior Residential Property role, you will handle a broad range of non-contentious property matters for a trusted Thames Valley practice. You will work within a collaborative team to deliver high-quality legal advice and support client service excellence. You will mentor junior lawyers, contribute to knowledge sharing, and engage in business development to strengthen the firm’s client base. The opportunity combines technical depth with leadership in a top regional firm, with a flexible, office-based arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision
• Supervise and support junior team members
• Deliver high-quality, tailored legal advice with a strong focus on client service
• Contribute to team culture and knowledge sharing
• Engage in business development and cross-referral opportunities across the firm
• Maintain the team’s reputation for excellence and responsiveness
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the team’s ongoing development

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE in residential property
