Project Manager – Fleet Collaboration

Overview

In this role you drive the HPC-SZC collaboration, enabling safe, on-time delivery and cost efficiency across the UK EPR fleet. You will work with cross-project teams to implement governance, share knowledge, and capture lessons learned that improve safety, schedule, and cost performance. You’ll produce senior-level reporting and support decision-making, while building strong links with HPC, SZC, and corporate functions. This is a hybrid role based in Bristol or London, offering a meaningful opportunity to shape cross-project best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on and govern the HPC-SZC Collaboration Agreement to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance
• Facilitate knowledge sharing of data, lessons learned, and best practices between projects
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and optimized asset utilisation across the fleet
• Develop, monitor, and report collaboration KPIs and track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
• Engage stakeholders across HPC, SZC, and corporate functions to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and leadership briefings to support decision-making

Key requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience
• Strong project management principles, governance, controls, reporting, and risk/change management
• Proven experience delivering projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
